All personal information relating to customers or visitors who use our website will be treated in
accordance with the General Law of Protection of Personal Data, Law No. 13,709, of August 14,

TCIA – Smart Solutions protects the confidentiality and security of your information through software hosted on the servers of its own systems.
TCIA –
Smart Solutions undertakes to adopt all technical and organizational measures to ensure data security, avoiding, but not absolutely preventing, risks related to the data breach, accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, or alteration of such confidential information.
The user declares to be aware and agrees that the security measures adopted serve to mitigate the risks. However, there is no way to totally avoid intrusions by third parties (hackers). Thus, having TCIA Smart Solutions proven that it has adopted all the necessary measures to ensure the protection of the data, such case will be configured as a fortuitous case or force majeure, according to art. 393 of the Civil Code.

TCIA – Smart Solutions does not share data with any partner and does not use this data to send promotions, content, or other actions.
The policy of storage and processing of this data are the full responsibility of the contracted systems.
Users' rights
You can choose to no longer receive any type of email from TCIA - Logistics Intelligence.
Any form again, will be characterized by the reinsertion of your email to the list. Therefore, the cancellation request must be made again if it is in your interest.

• The right to receive explanation of how your data is processed.

TCIA – Smart Solutions shall correct, complete, delete and/or block the data received through the relationship with the CLIENT, if so, requested by the data subject, at any time.
In this case, ARCAD undertakes to notify the user in advance and immediately of such request,
following the precepts of Law No. 13,709/2018 – General Data Protection Law ("LGPD").
TCIA – Smart Solutions will notify the user within 72 (seventy-two) hours (a) of any order of
Court, public authority or regulator competent in matters of data protection; (b) any accidental
or unauthorized access; and (c) any request received directly from third parties declaring
themselves holders, and TCIA Smart Solutions shall not respond directly to such request before
prior communication and authorization of the user.
If ARCAD Geoprocessing cannot fulfill its obligations related to data processing, whether due to
potential non-conformity, technical problems or user request, TCIA Smart Solutions will inform
the user within a reasonable time of such impediment, being granted to ARCAD Geoprocessing
the right to suspend the transfer of data and / or terminate this policy without penalty to any of
the Parties if the object contracted perishes due to impossibility of compliance by ARCAD
Geoprocessing due to regulatory prohibition.
How long is the data stored?
TCIA Smart Solutions will store your data according to a minimum period of one year, when not
defined by law.
At any time, the user can request removal of the storage of their data through the e-mail
dpo@tcia.com.br.

This Privacy Policy may be updated. Therefore, we recommend that you periodically visit this
page so that you are aware any modifications.
