Claro

Control Tower

A central orchestrator that integrates SAP, WMS, TMS, and other Claro systems, cross-referencing information in real time and replacing a fragmented view with unified control of the chain.

Highlights

  • Integration of SAP, WMS, TMS, and other platforms
  • Visibility across 5 critical areas of the operation
  • Real-time, end-to-end inventory visibility

Challenge

Disconnected operational systems: SAP, WMS, TMS, and other platforms running in silos. Critical information scattered across multiple points, impossible to cross-reference in real time. Managers had no unified view of the chain, and decisions were slow and based on fragmented data.

TCIA Solution

Control Tower, a central orchestrator that integrates Claro's core systems and cross-references information in real time. A single platform for visibility and control across five critical areas of the operation: strategic planning, distribution centers (forward logistics), disconnections and cancellations, reverse logistics with equipment refurbishment, and inventory control across all bases: DCs, advanced inventory, technical bases, and both owned and partner stores.

Result

End-to-end monitoring of the entire logistics chain. Elimination of information silos, cross-referencing of data between systems, and a reduced margin of operational error. Precise identification of bottlenecks and root causes. Operational fluidity across every area, continuous performance improvement, real-time inventory visibility, and strategic planning grounded in integrated, reliable data.

Claro

CRO — Operational Resolution Center

A system that automatically captures delayed orders in warehousing and transport, routing each occurrence to an owner and centralizing cause, action, and new deadline.

Highlights

  • Automatic capture of delays in warehousing and transport
  • Tickets routed to the owner of each area
  • From ad hoc reaction to systematic prevention

Challenge

Delayed orders at different stages of the operation triggered a fragmented, untracked response. Causes of delay went undocumented, ownership was unclear, and failure patterns kept repeating without analysis or organizational learning.

TCIA Solution

CRO, the Operational Resolution Center. A system that automatically captures delayed orders at two critical points: warehousing (billing, picking, and dispatch at the DC) and transport (pickup and delivery). Each occurrence generates a ticket routed to the person responsible for that area, who documents the cause, the action taken, and the new promised deadline — all centralized and traceable.

Result

Full real-time visibility into operational exceptions. Centralized documentation of every resolution, eliminating information loss between areas. Clear identification of recurring root causes and failure patterns, with structured data for bottleneck analysis and precise process improvement targeting. From ad hoc reaction to systematic prevention.

case artwork · RNC — Non-Conformance Report
Telecommunications

Claro

RNC — Non-Conformance Report

A centralized platform for logging defective equipment, which automatically checks factory or refurbishment warranty status and prevents undue repair costs.

Highlights

  • Automatic factory and refurbishment warranty checks
  • Non-conformance mapping by defect type
  • Elimination of undue repair payments

Challenge

Defective equipment was arriving at partner stores during installation, with no centralized visibility into which item types had the most problems. Without structured warranty tracking, repair costs were absorbed even when the manufacturer's or refurbishment coverage was still valid.

TCIA Solution

RNC, Non-Conformance Report. A centralized platform where partners and the DC log equipment issues and map the type of non-conformance. The system automatically checks the warranty status of each item — both factory warranty and refurbished units that returned to the market — avoiding unnecessary costs and structuring data on recurring defects.

Result

Full visibility into non-conformances across the chain. Clear identification of which equipment and batches have the highest defect rates. Automatic warranty tracking, eliminating undue payments for covered repairs. Structured intelligence for engaging suppliers and continuous quality improvement in receiving and distribution.

case artwork · Quick Return
Telecommunications

Claro

Quick Return

An integrated mobile app and logistics operation for logging returns via serial scan in stores and automatically coordinating pickup and shipping of equipment for refurbishment.

Highlights

  • Return logging via serial scan in the app
  • Automatic coordination of pickup and refurbishment
  • National reverse logistics under single-point responsibility

Challenge

Equipment returns at stores were disorganized, with no centralized visibility. Equipment sat idle with no plan for pickup and refurbishment, delaying reintroduction to the market.

TCIA Solution

Quick Return, an integrated system and operation. A mobile app in stores allows quick return logging via serial scan. The system tracks returned equipment in real time and automatically coordinates pickup and shipping for refurbishment. TCIA operates the entire reverse logistics chain, from in-store collection to the refurbishment DC.

Result

An agile, traceable return process with national visibility. Planning can prioritize reintroducing specific equipment to the market based on demand. Operational efficiency and system intelligence under single-point responsibility.

Telecommunications

Claro

Inventory Management

Full inventory management — operations and technology under single-point responsibility — combining rotating, cyclical, and annual inventories across more than two thousand storage locations for Claro.

Highlights

  • Rotating, cyclical, and annual inventory integrated
  • Over 2,000 storage points monitored
  • Discrepancies corrected continuously, not just annually

Challenge

Stock management spread across more than two thousand locations: DCs, partner contractors (EPOs), technical bases, advanced inventory, owned stores, and authorized agents. Without continuous, structured inventory counts, discrepancies built up undetected, compromising accuracy and decision-making.

TCIA Solution

Full inventory management, covering operations and technology under single-point responsibility. Three integrated modalities: rotating inventory, with a daily random draw of locations and equipment; cyclical inventory, run quarterly across all bases; and annual inventory, with a full count of all items and locations. TCIA provides the operational teams and the systems that run this entire process.

Result

Continuous stock accuracy across more than two thousand storage points. Discrepancies identified and corrected systematically, without relying on a single annual count. Structured management control to support planning, replenishment, and decision-making with reliable data.

Vtal

Inventory Management

Internal-plant inventory and external-plant auditing for Vtal, with a mobile app and web system built from scratch around the operation's workflows.

Highlights

  • Mobile app and web system built from scratch for Vtal
  • Internal-plant inventory and external-plant auditing
  • Real-time tracking of field inventories

Challenge

Managing and auditing assets across two distinct environments: internal plant and external plant. Needed precise field control, with traceability and real-time tracking of inventories performed.

TCIA Solution

Full inventory of the internal plant and auditing of the external plant, with TCIA's own operational teams working in the field. A mobile app and web management system built from scratch to Vtal's own requirements, with no adaptation of generic solutions — the technology shapes itself to the client's operation, not the other way around. The system allows real-time tracking of every inventory in progress.

Result

Visibility and accuracy of assets across both the internal and external plant. Operations and technology under single-point responsibility, with tools built specifically for Vtal's workflows and standards. Real-time tracking of the progress and compliance of field inventories.
